To prove your suitability for the field of study
The university may cancel a student’s study right if they are deemed unsuitable for the field of study. In such cases, the student has the right to be heard prior to the decision.
If a student is deemed unsuitable for the field of study, the university is required to assist the student in finding other study opportunities. The student can, with their consent, be transferred within the university to a field of study that they are deemed suitable for.
Decisions regarding cancellation of study right can be appealed with proof of study right cancellation no longer being justified. In such cases, the student is required to submit a statement regarding their health status to the university.
Decisions regarding loss and reactivation of study right can be appealed.
